It is a one-week event. It is aimed at giving advanced bachelor students some new insight about some “old” legal principles such as proportionality and legitimate expectations, both from a domestic and a transnational standpoint.

Please note that:. Prior knowledge of law is needful. . All lectures are in English. An official certificate of language proficiency is not required but you need to be fluent in English to be able to understand the classes and to interact with fellow students. . Only complete applications are considered. . Any questions can be emailed to summercolloquium@ij.uc.pt . All applications are dealt with on an individual basis. . Provided you are considered eligible, you will receive a pre-admission email. . Your admission to the colloquium will be final once the payment of the fee is made. .
