CEDIPRE - Center for Studies in Public Law and Regulation - is a research centre established in 2000, within the University of Coimbra Law School, and its main purpose is to devote to research and graduate education in the area of public law, in general, and business law and regulation, in particular. In more recent years, especially following the publication of the Public Procurement Code, CEDIPRE has given special attention to public procurement law.
